All services provided by Waines Flooring & Finishings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions: all quotes are estimates only and may be adjusted if hidden damage is discovered, measurements are inaccurate, materials change, or additional labor becomes necessary, and any client‑requested changes after work begins require a written change order that may affect pricing, timeline, materials, and project scope. Project dates are confirmed only once a non‑refundable deposit is received, and scheduling may be adjusted due to material availability, weather, unforeseen site issues, or delays caused by the client, for which Waines Flooring & Finishings is not responsible. Deposits are strictly non‑refundable and serve as a binding commitment for scheduling, labor allocation, administrative processing, and material procurement, and final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials purchased by Waines Flooring & Finishings become the client’s property immediately and are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, and Waines Flooring & Finishings does not guarantee the performance, durability, or compatibility of client‑supplied materials. The client is responsible for ensuring the job site is accessible, safe, and properly prepared for installation, and delays, obstructions, or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees. Any hidden issues such as rot, mold, water damage, structural problems, or uneven subfloors void previously estimated pricing and will be billed separately. Corrective action is the exclusive remedy for workmanship concerns, and monetary refunds are not offered for workmanship disputes once work has begun. Waines Flooring & Finishings is not liable for pre‑existing structural issues, hidden damage, material defects, improper maintenance, or damage caused by third parties. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may incur fees, and cancellations after materials have been purchased or work has begun are not eligible for refunds. Completed work is non‑refundable under all circumstances, and by submitting payment, approving a quote, or engaging services, the client expressly agrees to all Terms and Conditions contained herein.
